岗位胜任培训模式在驻南沙某岛礁卫勤保障中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于达标理论的岗位胜任培训模式,在驻南沙某岛礁卫勤保障护士中的应用效果。方法选取2020-09/2021-04月驻守南沙某岛礁执行卫勤保障任务的护士74人为培训对象。基于达标理论制定岗位胜任的培训目标,运用集中理论授课、军事素质训练、卫勤实战演习等多元教学方法实施培训方案。比较培训前后护士的理论知识、实操技能和军事体能考核成绩、护理胜任力和知觉压力变化情况,并从护士本身、驻岛医生和就诊官兵不同角度调查其对护理工作满意度情况。结果培训后护士的理论知识、实操技能和军事体能考核成绩较培训前均有所提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理胜任力和知觉压力评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护士、驻岛医生和就诊官兵对护理工作的满意度均有提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展基于达标理论的岗位胜任培训,有助于提升驻守岛礁护士的岗位胜任力,降低其工作压力,提高护理工作水平及满意度。 Objective To investigate the effects of position competency training mode based on the theory of goal attainment of the medical support on an island in Nansha.Methods A total of 74 nurses performing medical support tasks on an island in Nansha from September 2020 to April 2021 were selected as trainees.Establish training objectives for post competency based on the theory of goal attainment,and implement training programs with diversified teaching methods such as intensive theoretical teaching,military capability training and medical support drills.The theoretical knowledge,practical skills,military physical performance,nursing competence and perceived stress of nurse were compared before and after the training,and their satisfaction with nursing work was investigated from different perspectives of nurses themselves,doctors stationed on the island,as well as officers and soldiers seeking medical care.Results Nurses achieved better results in theoretical knowledge,practical skills and military physical performance after training than before,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in scores from the self-evaluation of nursing competency and perceived stress(P<0.01).The satisfaction of nurses,doctors stationed on the island,officers and soldiers seeking medical care were increased and also the differences statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Conducting position competency training based on goal attainment theory can improve the position competency of nurses in guarding islands,relieve their pressure at work and enhance the level of nursing work and satisfaction.
