基于矿石碎磨特性的设备选型及能耗分析 被引量:3

Equipment sizing based on ore comminution characteristics and energy consumption analysis

摘要 针对国外某铜金矿进行了标准落重试验、SMC 试验和邦德球磨功指数测定,基于碎磨特性测定结果,在 JKSimMet 软件平台上构建 SABC 流程模拟,确定了半自磨机和球磨机的型号。同时 Morrell 模型的粉碎比能耗估算结果表明,SABC 方案所需的粉碎比能耗为 20.62 kW·h/t,虽然比其他常规碎磨流程的粉碎比能耗略高,但因其其他优势明显,仍是目前选厂改造和新建矿山的首选碎磨方案。 JK drop weight test,SMC test and Bond ball milling work index measurement were carried out for a foreign copper-gold mineral.Based on the measurement results of comminution characteristics,SABC process was built on JKSimMet software platform,and the size of the SAG mill and the ball mill were determined.Meanwhile,the estimation results of specific comminution energy consumption of Morrell model showed that the specific comminution energy consumption required for SABC scheme was 20.62 kW·h/t which was slightly higher than the one of conventional comminution process,while it was still the first choice of the comminution scheme for concentrator reconstruction and new mine construction at present due to its other obvious advantages.
