努比亚黑山羊生态养殖富硒饲料配方优化及经济效益分析 被引量:5

Formula optimization and economic benefit analysis of selenium-enriched feed for ecological breeding of Nubian black goats

摘要 为筛选努比亚黑山羊最适富硒饲料配方,试验选择50只健康努比亚黑山羊,随机分为5组,每组10只羊;采用不同的富硒饲料配方组成,舍饲圈养条件下进行努比亚黑山羊生态养殖的富硒饲料配方优化试验,对每组配方进行经济效益分析。预试期10 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示,各组试验羊初重、末重、平均日采食量及料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);A组试验羊平均日增重最高,显著高于B、D两组(P<0.05);D组试验羊发病率较高,为0.33%;A组、B组和E组试验羊试验过程中均未发病;A组净收入最高,为6909.72元;D组最低,净收入为6309.50元;A组成本最高;经计算,投资收益率以B组最高,E组次之,D组最低。研究表明,努比亚黑山羊富硒生态养殖追求较高净收入,可选择A组的富硒饲料配方;若考虑成本制约,可选择投资较少、收益率较高的B组或E组的富硒饲料配方。 In order to screen the most suitable selenium-enriched feed formula for Nubian black goats,50 healthy Nubian black goats were selected in the experiment and randomly divided into five groups with ten goats in each group.The experiment used different selenium-enriched feed formulations,the selenium-enriched feed formulation optimization test for ecological breeding of Nubian black goats was carried out under the conditions of house feeding,and the economic benefits of each group of formulations were analyzed.The pre-test period was 10 d,and the formal test period was 90 d.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the initial weight,final weight,average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of the experimental sheep in each group(P>0.05).The average daily weight gain of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group D(P<0.05).The incidence of group D was higher,which was 0.33%.The experimental sheep of group A,group B and group E had no disease during the experiment.Group A had the highest net income of 6909.72 yuan,group D had the lowest net income of 6309.50 yuan,but group A had the highest cost.After calculation,group B had the highest rate of return on investment,followed by group E,and group D had the lowest.The experiment indicates that the selenium-enriched ecological breeding of Nubian black goats pursues higher net income,and the selenium-enriched feed formula of group A can be selected.If cost constraints are considered,the selenium-enriched feed formula of group B or group E with less investment and higher profitability can be selected.
