摘要
试验旨在研究妊娠母羊日粮中添加维生素E(VE)对羔羊成活率的影响。选择42只妊娠45 d的成年经产小尾寒羊,随机分为2组,每组21只。对照组小尾寒羊饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上补饲维生素预混料VE粉,对比两组母羊的产羔率和羔羊成活率。预试期1 w,正式试验期4 w。结果表明,试验组母羊产羔23只,繁殖率为109.52%,断奶时羔羊成活率100.00%;对照组母羊产羔22只,繁殖率104.72%,断奶时羔羊成活率95.45%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组羔羊初生时平均体重和3月龄体重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组羔羊3月龄体高、体长和胸围均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,妊娠母羊日粮中适当添加VE预混料能够适当提高产羔率和初生羔羊体重,改善3月龄内的生长发育情况,可在进一步深入研究后推广使用。
The effect of VE on survival rate of pregnant ewes was analyzed.42 adult small-tailed Han sheep pregnant with 45 d gestation in a large-scale breeding farm were randomly divided into two groups,with 21 sheep in each group.The sheep in control group were fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with vitamin premix on the basis of basal diet.The lambing rate and lamb survival rate of the two groups were compared.The pre-test period was1 w,and the formal test period was 4 w.The results showed that there were 23 lambs in experimental group,the reproductive rate was 109.52%,and the survival rate of lambs at weaning was 100%.There were 22 lambs in control group,the reproductive rate was 104.72%,the survival rate of lambs at weaning was 95.45%,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The average body weight and three-month-old body weight of lambs in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The body height,body length and chest circumference of lambs in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The experiment that the proper addition of VE premix to diet of pregnant ewes can appropriately increase the lambing rate and the weight of newborn lambs,and improve the growth and development within three months of age.It can be further studied and promoted.
