摘要
目的解析"互联网+医疗"模式下三款移动医疗APP界面设计,为后续开发健康管理及相关领域移动APP提供参考。方法通过利益相关者访谈,结合万方等数据库文献回顾,确定三款目标APP,以情感化设计原则为指导,采用贝雷迪四步比较法对移动医疗APP进行比较。结果分析确定基于情感化设计3个层次APP界面设计的主要要素,本能层为APP图标及主题色彩、字体格式及大小、界面布局;行为层为简洁文本、视觉呈现、动态的媒体及反馈、行为;反思层为满足社交需要、满足社交需要,并对其进行解释。结论移动医疗APP基于情感化设计原则,可满足患者需求,为后续界面设计提供帮助。
Objective To analyze the interface design of three medical APP under the"Internet plus health"model,and provide a reference for the developmentof APP for Healthcareand management.Methods Through stakeholder interviews,combined with the literature review of Wanfang database,three target APPs were determined.Guided by the principle of emotional design,the mobile medical APPs were compared by Baileydi fourstep comparison method.Results Three main elements of APP interface design based on emotional design were analyzed and determined,the instinct layer wass the APP icon and theme color,font format and size,and interface layout;the behavior layer was concise text,visual presentation,dynamic media and feedback,and behavior;thereflection level was to meet social needs,meet social needs,and explain and elaborate on them.Conclusion The mobile medical APP is based on the principle of emotional design to meet the needs of patients,and more explorations can be made from the interface design in the future.
