摘要
聚酰胺(PA)纳米复合材料是通过聚合或者共混的方式在聚酰胺树脂中引入纳米粒子,使其表现出传统材料不具有的阻燃性、导电性、抑菌性,以及更优异的力学性能和阻隔性能等,使其可以满足包装领域、免喷涂领域、5G介电材料领域和电磁屏蔽与吸波领域等领域的要求。该文重点介绍了聚酰胺纳米复合材料的制备方法,不同类型的纳米材料对其性能的影响,以及对其应用前景进行了展望。
Polyamide(PA)nanocomposites introduce nanoparticles into polyamide resin by polymerization or blending,so that they show the fl ame retardancy,conductivity,bacteriostasis,and more excellent mechanical properties and barrier properties than traditional materials.It can meet the requirements of packaging fi eld,spray free fi eld,5 G dielectric material fi eld,electromagnetic shielding and absorbing field and so on.In this paper,the preparation methods of polyamide nanocomposites and the effects of diff erent types of nano-materials on their properties are introduced,and its application prospect is prospected.
