电子公文全文检索系统的设计及实现

摘要 为了提高电子政务用户的公文检索和为决策提供支持服务,结合知识本体、Lucene构建了一个基于电子公文全文检索系统。根据“本体”语义特征,将描述语言转化为标准化语言表征本体,寻找到最相似且相关的全文内容。采用Lucene全文检索系统实现对公文正文、批阅文件以及And、OR逻辑组合的检索方式,实现对用户要求语义扩展和对公文内容的全文检索。通过比较几种检索方式表明:该系统在有效保证查准率的基础上,提高了对电子公文的查全率,具有较为全面的性能检索功能。 In order to improve the e-government user document retrieval for decision support,and to provide support services,a full-text retrieval system based on electronic document is constructed based on knowledge ontology and Lucene.According to the semantic features of ontology,the description language is transformed into standardized language representation ontology,and the most similar and related full-text content is found.The Lucene full-text retrieval system is used to realize the retrieval of the text of the official document,the review of the document and the logical combination of the And and OR.By comparing several retrieval methods,it shows that the system improves the recall rate of electronic documents on the basis of effectively ensuring the precision rate,and has a more comprehensive performance retrieval function.
