摘要
胚胎植入前遗传学检测技术日渐被医学工作者和患者所接受。但由于该技术尚存很大的不确定性,其可能产生的伦理冲突不容忽视。如何确保技术临床应用的合理性是我们需要高度重视的问题。负责任创新旨在为重大社会挑战制定“道德上可接受的、社会上可取的和可持续的”解决方案。在分析胚胎植入前遗传学检测技术涉及的技术局限性、非医学目的性别选择、数据共享、操纵体外胚胎、功利化及胚胎遗弃五个方面的伦理风险的基础上,嵌入负责任创新的预期、反思、协商、反馈四个维度为技术创新与应用提供实践路径,以增强技术有效性,保障技术的可持续发展。
Preimplantation genetic testing technology is increasingly accepted by medical professionals and patients.However,PGT"s possible ethical conflicts should not be ignored due to the great uncertainty of this technology.How to ensure the rationality of clinical application of PGT technology is an issue we need to attach great importance to.Responsible research innovation aims to come up with"morally acceptable,socially desirable and sustainable"solutions to face major social challenges.Based on the analysis of five ethical risks involved in the preimplantation genetic testing,such as technical limitations,gender selection for non-medical purposes,data sharing,manipulation of embryos in vitro,utilitarianization and embryo abandonment,we embed four dimensions of responsible innovation:anticipation,reflexivity,negotiation,responsiveness to provide a practical path for technology innovation and application,so as to enhance technical effectiveness and ensure the sustainable development of technology.
