基于可信性的锅炉安全质量综合评价研究

摘要 针对某电厂停用、未注册登记且资料不全的启动锅炉,以可信性分析原理为基础,采用模糊综合评价的方法对该台锅炉进行安全质量综合评价。本文将设计质量、制造安装质量、使用管理和锅炉现状作为4个一级评价因素,建立用于启动锅炉的评价指标体系和多层次模糊综合评价模型,并基于最大隶属度原则,给出该台锅炉的可信性质量综合评价结论和使用建议。 For a start-up boiler that is out of service,unregistered,and with incomplete data,based on the principle of credibility analysis,a comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the safety performance of this boiler.Design quality,manufacturing and installation quality,use management and boiler status are regarded as four primary evaluation factors.This article establishes an evaluation index system and a multi-level comprehensive evaluation model for this start-up boiler.Based on maximum membership principle,a comprehensive evaluation conclusion and recommendations for the reliability and quality of the boiler are given.
