摘要
大数据技术在医疗行业中的迅速发展,给医院管理带来了机遇和挑战,如何在大数据时代实现高效管理和运营,成为医院管理者在推动医院高质量发展进程中必须面对和解决的时代命题。文章概述了医疗大数据基本特征和医院智慧管理内涵与现状,从技术路线、平台功能与管理成效等方面,详细介绍了基于医院大数据平台建设的智慧管理实践,分析了推进医院智慧管理的重要意义并提出管理建议,以期为医院管理者探索智慧管理建设提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of big data technology in the medical industry,both opportunities and challenges has brought to hospital management.How to achieve efficient management and operation in the era of big data has become the proposition of the times that every hospital manager must face and solve in the process of promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of medical big data and the connotation and current situation of hospital smart management,introduces the smart management practice based on the construction of hospital big data platform in detail from the aspects of technical route,platform function and management effect,analyzes the significance of promoting the smart management of hospital and puts forward management suggestions in order to provide reference for hospital managers to explore the way of building smart management.
