摘要
装药结构完整性分析已成为制约固体火箭发动机研制水平的瓶颈问题之一,基于粘弹性力学理论,综述归纳了固体推进剂装药结构完整性分析的研究现状,重点介绍了药形结构、材料性能、载荷形式和老化贮存4个因素对推进剂结构完整性的影响,分别指出各个因素在固体推进剂结构完整性研究中取得的成就、存在的问题以及未来的发展方向,以期为后续药柱及发动机的设计与寿命评估提供参考。
The structural integrity analysis of solid propellant charge has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development level of solid rocket motor.Based on the viscoelastic mechanics theory,it summarized the research status of structural integrity analysis of solid propellant charge.It mainly introduces the effects of shape structure,material properties,loading form and aging storage on the structural integrity of propellant,points out the achievements and future development trends of various factors in the study of solid propellant structural integrity,and provides reference for the next step of research.It is hoped to provide some reference for the design and life evaluation of grain and engine.
