BaTNR的130℃高温安定性研究

摘要 为了研究斯蒂芬酸钡(BaTNR)的耐高温性能,在130℃条件下对BaTNR分别进行1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d的高温贮存试验,对经历高温贮存试验前后的BaTNR药剂进行表观形貌分析、差式扫描量热(DSC)分析、质量损失率分析、火焰感度测试和P-t曲线测试等研究,多参数验证BaTNR的130℃高温热安定性。结果表明:BaTNR经历高温贮存试验后颜色未发生变化,晶体未出现破碎、裂缝、麻坑、团聚、熔化等现象;DSC特征参量变化率≤3%;质量损失率≤4.5%;火焰感度变化率≤2.2%;P-t曲线峰值压力变化率≤10%。BaTNR在130℃高温下具有较好的热安定性。 In order to study the high-temperature resistance of BaTNR,the high temperature storage test of BaTNR at 130℃for 1 day,2 days,3 days and 4 days,respectively.The 130℃high temperature thermal stability of BaTNR was verified by the apparent morphology analysis,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis,mass loss rate analysis,flame sensitivity test and P-t curve test.The results showed that the color of BaTNR does not change after high temperature storage test,and the crystal does not appear broken,crack,pit,agglomeration,melting and other phenomena.DSC characteristic parameters change rate≤3%;mass loss rate≤4.5%;flame sensitivity change rate≤2.2%;the change rate of the peak pressure of P-t curve≤10%.This study shows that BATNR has good thermal stability at 130℃.
