摘要
煤炭智能化验系统可实现从放置样瓶、结果测试到坩埚处理等整个化验过程的无人干预、无人值守,采用多系统协同控制技术可实现样品连续测试、效率高以及具有自诊断、结果自判断、过程可追溯、手机端智能提醒等智能化特点。对煤炭智能化验系统进行有效评估,并从单体测试、标煤的精密度和准确度、与国标测定方法比较、关键部件性能、系统功能等方面验证性能鉴定方法,表明煤炭智能化验系统挥发分测定结果准确度和精密度均符合国家标准方法中的相关要求。通过对煤炭智能化验系统性能鉴定提出方法和应用分析,希望推动相关智能化验系统相关检验检测方法的国标制定,以确保系统量值溯源可靠。
The coal intelligent test system can realize unmanned intervention and unattended in the whole test process from lofting bottle,result test to crucible treatment.By adopting multi system collaborative control technology,the system can realize continuous sample test with high efficiency.Besides,the system has the intelligent characteristic such as self diagnosis,self judgment of results,process traceability,intelligent reminder of mobile phone terminal.The coal intelligent test system was evaluated,from six aspects as follows:monomer test,precision and accuracy of standard coal,comparison with national standard methods,performance of key components and system functions,the performance evaluation method was verified.The accuracy and precision of the measurement results of the intelligent coal testing system can meet the relevant requirements of the national standard methods.Through the performance appraisal of coal intelligent test system,the above methods and application analysis are put forward.We hope to promote the formulation of relevant national standards and inspection and detection methods of intelligent test system,so as to ensure the reliable traceability of system value.
