摘要 目的设计一种可替代试剂来测量的化学发光免疫分析仪用参考光源。方法根据化学发光免疫分析仪的原理和技术特性,从设计内容、设计指标和设计方案三个方面考虑、设计参考光源,评价仪器的重复性、稳定性、线性。结果重复性测试结果为10010、10006、10004、9956、9962、9928、9942、9975、9887、9905,平均值9957.50、标准差42.73,变异系数0.43%(<1%);稳定性测试结果为9923、9937、9891、9851、9809、9837、9872、9844、9830、9802,最大值9937,最小值9802,平均值9859.6,相对极差1.37%(<2%);线性相关系数r=1.00000(>0.999)。结论本设计能够实现皮瓦量级甚至更低光强级别的稳定光输出,通过更换干涉滤光片可以实现任意中心波长的光谱输出,从而模拟不同的化学发光试剂,通过更换第二中性滤光片可以实现线性光输出,结构简单,适用性好,成本低,测量结果准确可靠。 Objective To design a reference light source for measuring chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer.Methods According to the principle and technical characteristics of chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer,the reference light source was considered and designed from three aspects of content,index and scheme to evaluate the repeatability,stability and linearity of the instrument.Results The average value of repeatability test was 9957.50,the standard deviation was 42.73,and the coefficient of variation was 0.43%;the maximum value of stability test was 9937,the minimum value was 9802,the average value was 9859.6,and the relative range was 1.37%;the linear correlation coefficient r=1.00000.Conclusion This design can realize the stable light output of PIVA level or even lower light intensity level.By replacing the interference filter,the spectral output of any central wavelength can be realized,so as to simulate different chemiluminescence reagents.The linear light output can be realized by replacing the second neutral filter,which has the advantages of simple structure,good applicability,low cost and accurate measurement results.
