摘要
GH4169合金是一种广泛应用于航空航天发动机领域的高温合金,具有优异的抗疲劳性能、较宽的使用温度范围和良好的高温稳定性。长期以来,高温合金螺栓在高温环境下的疲劳载荷理论值没有明确规定,文章通过对Q/JL 1S 218-8×1、Q/JL 1S 218-10×1.25、Q/JL 1S 218-12×1.25 3种规格的GH4169合金螺栓在25℃、300℃、500℃、650℃等4个典型使用温度下进行拉伸试验和疲劳试验,确定根据温度梯度选择疲劳载荷理论值的方法,可以对螺栓不同温度的疲劳性能进行全面评估和验证,为GH4169合金螺栓的进一步研究开发和试验验证提供数据基础。
GH4169 alloy is a kind of superalloy widely used in aerospace engine field, which has excellent fatigue resistance, wide temperature range and good high temperature stability. For a long time, the theoretical value of fatigue load of superalloy bolts at high temperature has not been clearly defined. This paper determines the method of selecting the theoretical value of fatigue load according to the temperature gradient by carrying out tensile test and fatigue test on three kinds of GH4169 alloy bolts of Q/JL 1S 218-8×1, Q/JL 1S 218-10×1.25 and Q/JL 1S 218-12×1.25 at four typical service temperatures of 25℃, 300℃, 500℃ and 650℃. The fatigue properties of bolts at different temperatures can be comprehensively evaluated and verified, which provides a data basis for further research, development and test verification of GH4169 alloy bolts.
