摘要
镜面不锈钢产品因其2B表面细腻、光泽均匀美观,已经广泛应用于高端装饰、装潢行业。本文重点针对镜面不锈钢抛光产品生产加工过程中出现的白点缺陷,分析与不锈钢2B表面粗糙度指标的对应性。并结合冷轧工序全流程生产工艺情况,从抛丸工艺、粗轧粗磨工艺、冷轧轧辊粗糙度、平整辊面粗糙度等技术参数方面,对0Cr18Ni9DQ钢种奥氏体不锈钢表面粗糙度指标进行深入研究分析。最终优化提升了各工序的工艺参数匹配,实现产品质量的本质提升。
Mirror stainless steel products have been widely used in high-end decoration and decoration industries because of their fine surface, uniform luster and beauty. This paper focuses on the analysis of the correspondence between the white spot defect and stainless steel 2B surface roughness index in the process of mirror stainless steel polishing products. And combined with the whole production process situation of cold rolling procedure, studied and analyzed the surface roughness index of 0Cr18Ni9DQ austenitic stainless steel from the technical parameters aspect, such as shot blasting process, rough rolling and rough grinding process, cold rolling roll roughness and smooth roll surface roughness. Finally, the matching of process parameters was optimized to realize the essential improvement of product quality.
