摘要
番茄因其口感独特、营养丰富、适应力强,广受众人喜爱。其杂交优势明显,利用植物雄性不育育种可降低制种成本、缩短育种时间、提高制种效率和种子纯度。该研究阐述了番茄雄性不育的分类、影响番茄雄性不育的因素,探讨了番茄雄性不育的利用和遗传育种上所遇到的问题,以期为番茄雄性不育育种研究提供参考依据。
Tomatoes(Solanum lycopersicum)are the most popular vegetables in the world,which have unique favor,higher nutrition and strong adaptability.The obvious advantages in hybridization are lower seed production cost,shorter breeding time,improving seed production efficiency and seed purity.In the review,we summarized the types,influencing factors and the problems of male sterility in tomato.Moreover,we also discussed the utilization and genetic breeding of male sterility,which might provide a reference and theoretical basis for male sterility in tomato breeding.
