摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,目前温室气体对于大气环境造成了极大地破坏,而温室气体排放信息的披露对于有效控制温室气体排放量具有重要的意义和作用,是推动碳交易以及减少碳排放量的基本前提和保障。本文主要针对企业温室气体排放信息披露制度进行简单分析,对我国目前企业的相关碳排放的控制制度进行简要分析,剖析碳排放信息披露过程中所存在的一些问题,并给出具体的解决策略,注重碳排放信息披露制度的强制性措施,进而为加强碳排放管理提供帮助。
With the continuous development of China’s social economy,greenhouse gases have caused great damage to the atmospheric environment at present,and the disclosure of greenhouse gas emission information is of great significance and role in the effective control of greenhouse gas emissions.It is to promote carbon trading.And the basic premise and guarantee for reducing carbon emissions.This article mainly focuses on a simple analysis of the corporate greenhouse gas emission information disclosure system,a brief analysis of the current corporate carbon emission control system in my country,an analysis of some of the problems that exist in the process of carbon emission information disclosure,and gives specifi c solutions,focusing on the compulsory measures of the carbon emission information disclosure system,in turn,provide help for strengthening carbon emission management.
