摘要
健康是促进人的全面发展的必然要求,大学生是祖国的未来,拥有强健的体魄是为祖国和人民服务的基本前提。而大学生群体中超重肥胖问题不断凸显,对大学生身心健康造成了影响,体育锻炼对于预防和控制肥胖有着积极的影响。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对肥胖大学生体育锻炼从意识、行为、习惯方面进行干预策略的探究,为肥胖大学生体育锻炼提供一定的理论参考。
Health is an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of people,college students are the bright future of a nation,and a strong physique is the basic prerequisite for serving the nation and the people.However,the problem of overweight and obesity among college students has become more and more prominent,which has an impact on college students'physical and mental health.Physical exercise has a positive impact on the prevention and control of obesity.This study uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to explore the intervention strategies of physical exercise of obese college students from the aspects of consciousness,behavior and habits,so as to provide some theoretical reference for physical exercise of obese college students.
