摘要
盾构法在城市地下管廊施工中的科学、合理运用有着明显的优势,能一定程度上有助于降低施工作业对地面的占用和破坏,而且产生的噪音和扬尘比较小,符合安全文明施工的要求,能促使工程项目施工建设取得更大的综合效益。本文主要以深圳市城市轨道交通14号线共建管廊工程为例,重点从入廊管线设计、管廊断面布置、平纵布置、管廊附属系统设计等方面,对盾构施工综合管廊设计进行简要阐述和分析,希望对城市综合管廊工程科学合理地应用盾构法有所启示。
The scientific and rational application of shield method in the construction of urban underground utility tunnel has obvious advantages.To a certain extent,it helps to reduce the occupation and damage of construction operations to the ground,and the noise and dust generated are relatively small,which meets the requirements of safe and civilized construction,and can promote the construction of engineering projects to achieve greater comprehensive benefits.This article mainly takes the joint construction of a utility tunnel project of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 14 as an example,focusing on the design of the shield utility tunnel from the aspects of the corridor pipeline design,the layout of the pipe gallery section,the horizontal and vertical layout,and the design of the auxiliary system of the utility tunnel.The design is briefly elaborated and analyzed,hoping to give some enlightenment to the scientific and reasonable application of the shield method in the urban shield utility tunnel.
