摘要
教师是教育事业发展的基础,是提高教育质量、办好人民满意教育的关键,培养卓越幼儿教师是促进学前教育高质量发展的保障。通过对文献的梳理发现,近九年来我国学者对卓越幼儿教师培养的研究主要涉及角色内涵、教师专业发展、培养模式以及培养路径等方面,并取得了丰富的研究成果,但也存在幼儿教师专业标准、资格认证和职称晋升体系、评价追踪机制研究不足的问题。在对已有研究的思考基础上,提出未来卓越幼儿教师培养还应完善幼儿教师专业标准、研制独立系统的资格认定和职称晋升体系、培育跨学科领域的科研与教学能力、制定统一的评价体系以及幼儿教师入职后发展情况的追踪评估。
Teachers are the foundation of education,the key to improving the quality of education and developing education that the people are satisfied with.Cultivating exemplary preschool teachers is the guarantee for promoting high-quality development of preschool education.Through the sort of the literature,the study on exemplary preschool teachers of Chinese scholars in the past nine years mainly involves role connotation,teachers’professional development,cultivation modes,and cultivation paths,and rich research results have been achieved.However,there is a lack of research on preschool teachers’professional standard,qualification certification and professional title promotion system,and evaluation-and-tracking mechanism.On the basis of previous studies,it is proposed that in future cultivation of exemplary preschool teachers,the professional standard of preschool teachers should be perfected,independent systematic qualification certification and professional title promotion system should be developed,inter-discipline research and teaching ability should be cultivated,a unified evaluation system should be framed,and the development of preschool teachers after recruitment should be tracked and assessed.
