摘要
目的:观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者临床症状及下肢周围神经传导速度的影响,为中医治疗DPN提供临床依据。方法:选择符合糖尿病周围神经病变诊断标准和中医辨证诊断标准患者100例,随机分为试验组50例、对照组50例。试验组:基础治疗+加味黄芪桂枝五物汤,对照组:基础治疗+给予口服甲钴胺片。疗程均为4周,比较两组治疗结果。结果:中药汤剂试验组总有效率96%,明显高于西药对照组总有效率70%(P<0.05);试验组改善肢体麻木、肢末刺痛、气短乏力及神疲懒言症状优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在改善患者下肢神经传导速度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗DPN疗效好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified HuangqiGuizhiWuwu decoction on the clinical symptoms and lower limb peripheral nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),and to provide clinical basis for TCM treatment of DPN.Methods:A total of 100 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and TCM syndrome differentiation was selected and randomly divided into a test group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases.Patients in test group was treated by basic treatment combined with modified HuangqiGuizhiWuwu Decoction,while the control group was treated by basic treatment combined with oral mecobalamin tablets.After 4 weeks treatment,the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine decoction test group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that of the western medicine control group of 70%(P<0.05).Moreover,the Chinese medicine decoction test group improved limb numbness,extremity tingling,shortness of breath and fatigue Said that the symptoms were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the Chinese medicine decoction test group was better than the western medicine control group in improving the nerve conduction velocity of the patients'lower limbs(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified HuangqiGuizhiWuwu Decoction has a good effect on DPN,which is worthy of clinical application.
