摘要
目的:探究三维质量结构模式在脑卒中病房护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法:将2018年1-12月收治的41例患者作为对照组,将2019年1~12月收治的41例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规的护理质量控制,观察组采取三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进控制模式。最后对比两组之间的护理质量、不良事件发生率、护理工作满意度。结果:两组中观察组护理质量评分与对照组比较要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间观察组的不良事件发生率和另一组比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间观察组的护理工作满意程度和另一组比较更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果有差异。结论:在脑卒中病房护理质量管理中实施三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进控制模式具有良好应用价值,可降低不良事件的发生,提高护理质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of three-dimensional quality structure model in nursing quality management of stroke ward.Methods:A total of 41 patients admitted from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group while other 41 patients admitted from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group took routine nursing quality control while the observation group took three-dimensional quality structure model as the guidance of continuous quality improvement control model.Finally,nursing quality,incidence of adverse events and nursing job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in the other group(P<0.05).The nursing work satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the other group(P<0.05),and the results were different.Conclusion:The continuous quality improvement control mode guided by three-dimensional quality structure model has good application value in nursing quality management of stroke ward.It could reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the nursing quality.
