摘要
本文采用Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 (S. oneidensis MR-1)作为生物还原剂,在碳纳米管(CNTs)表面上原位还原Au3+形成Au/CNTs纳米复合材料。采用TEM、XRD和XPS等测试方法对Au/CNTs进行表征。结果表明:Au纳米颗粒较为均匀地分布在CNTs表面。以NaBH4作为还原剂,Au/CNTs表现出较高的催化还原性能,在40 min内,将对硝基苯酚(4-NP)还原成对氨基苯酚(4-AP)的效率达99.1%,相较于未负载的CNTs,效率调高了85.8%。
In this paper, S. oneidensis MR-1 was used as a biological reducing agent, Au3+ was reduced to Au nanoparticles on the surface of CNTs to form Au/CNTs nanocomposites. The Au nanoparticles are observed on the outer wall of CNTs with evenly distributed, through TEM, XPS and other analytical methods. It showed high catalytic reduction performance for 4-NP to 4-AP when sodium borohydride as reducing agent. Within 40 min, the reduction efficiency reaches 99.1 %, which was 85.8 % higher than that of CNTs.
