摘要
本文重点介绍了相反转法、化学乳化法、固化剂乳化法和机械法制取水性环氧树脂的特点,对水性环氧树脂在复合材料、道路建设、防腐涂料等领域的应用现状进行了全面总结,系统地对水性环氧树脂的基本特性、常用的制备方法进行了分析和对比,明确了水性环氧树脂作为附着和粘接材料在现代化工、道路建设行业的使用优势,同时,对水性环氧树脂在未来的应用和研发进行了展望。
The characteristics of preparation methods of waterborne epoxy resin were introduced in details, such as reverse conversion method, chemical emulsification method, curing agent emulsification method and mechanical method. The application of waterborne epoxy resin in the fields of composite materials, road construction, anti-corrosion and other fields were emphatically introduced and summarized. The basic characteristics and commonly used preparation methods of waterborne epoxy resin were systematically analyzed and compared, and the advantages of waterborne epoxy resin as adhesion and bonding materials in modern industry and road construction industries were clearly analyzed. And the application, research and development of epoxy resin in the future were prospected.
