摘要
为响应政策号召,解决溧水主城区生活垃圾产生量的增长及乡镇一体化垃圾处理处置问题,充分利用现有资源,故建设水泥窑协同处置厨余垃圾项目。项目设计厨余垃圾处理能力500 t/d,采用"预处理+厌氧发酵+沼液处理"工艺路线。自2021年1月正式投产以来,累计处理厨余垃圾7.13万吨。目前项目各系统均已稳定运行,本文对项目2021年春季(4~6月)运行情况开展研究,对厌氧发酵系统、沼液处理系统各项技术参数进行分析,为类似厨余垃圾项目稳定运行提供基础数据。
In order to respond to the call of policy,solve the problem of the increase of domestic garbage production in the main urban area of Lishui and the integrated garbage treatment in towns and villages,and make full use of the existing resources,the government has set up a project to co-dispose kitchen waste with cement kilns.The designed treatment capacity of the project is 500 t/d,and the process route of“pretreatment+anaerobic digestion+biogas slurry treatment”is adopted.Since its official operation in January 2021,a total of 71,300 tons of kitchen waste has been treated.At present,all the systems of the project have been in stable operation,this paper studies the operation of the project in the spring of 2021(from April to June),and analyzes the technical parameters of the anaerobic fermentation system and the biogas slurry treatment system,and provides basic data for the stable operation of similar kitchen waste projects.It will provide basic data for the stable operation of similar kitchen waste projects.
