摘要
针对磁耦合谐振式(MCR)无线传能系统中负载变化引起输出电压实时调节的需求,以全桥LCCL系统为研究对象,提出了一种基于状态方程的模型预测控制器(GGSAMPC)。通过广义状态空间平均法(GSSA)对全桥LCCL系统建立等效电路方程并将原副边电压电流进行傅里叶变换,建立了MCR系统的动态状态空间模型;为了加快求解速度,将控制器中的最优化问题转化为求解极小值的二次规划问题,利用有效集法求解有约束问题的二次规划。通过搭建仿真电路,在80k Hz频率下将负载值从50Ω变为25Ω,将GSSA-MPC控制器与经典PID控制器进行对比,仿真结果表明模型预测控制输出更为平滑、鲁棒性更好、调节时间比PID控制缩减0.5 ms,控制精度提高0.4%,GSSA-MPC为磁耦合谐振式系统输出电压的调节提供了一种有效的方法。
Aiming at the demand of real-time output voltage regulation caused by load changes in the magnetic coupling resonance(MCR) wireless energy transmission system,a full-bridge LCCL system is taken as the research object,and a model predictive controller(GGSA-MPC) based on the equation of state is proposed.The generalized state space averaging(GSSA) method is used to establish an equivalent circuit equation for the full-bridge LCCL system and the Fourier transform of the voltages and currents of the primary and secondary sides is completed.The dynamic state space model of the MCR system is established.To speed up the solution,the optimization problem of the controller is transformed into solving the minimum quadratic programming problem,and the effective set method is used to solve quadratic programming with constraints.By building a simulation circuit,the load is changed from 50 Ω to 25 Ω at 80 kHz frequency,and the GSSA-MPC controller is compared with the classic PID controller.The simulation results show that the output of model predictive control is smoother and more robust,the adjustment time is reduced by 0.5 ms compared with the PID control and the control accuracy is increased by 0.4%.GSSA-MPC provides an effective and feasible method for adjusting the output voltage of the magnetic coupling resonance system.
