摘要
在现代化社会中,中国传统文化被赋予了新的表达方式,石窟旅游也倍受关注.中国四大石窟虽同为一类景区但也各具特色,存在差异.为探寻四者差异,为景区发展和游客出游提供参考,研究通过收集携程网和马蜂窝旅游网上游客对四大石窟的点评内容作为样本,基于内容分析法,运用ROSTCM6软件提取了数据样本的高频特征词,并进行四者的语义网络、认知形象、情感形象和整体形象的对比分析.研究结果为:游客感知的四大石窟旅游形象既存在差异性特征也存在相似的问题.(1)游客对四大石窟的的管理服务感知均有涉及但比重不同,表现出景区讲解服务粗糙、莫高窟排队等候时间长、龙门石窟交通不便的问题;(2)四大石窟均获得了较为积极的情感形象评价以及整体形象评价;(3)当前四大石窟均以“参观”“游览”等观赏性活动为主;(4)四大石窟的高频词列表中均有“保护”一词,体现游客对石窟保护工作的重视.据此,为四大石窟的未来发展提出建议:完善景区管理服务,发挥景区优势特色,提高游客参与度,切实做好保护工作.
In the modern society,Chinese traditional culture has been endowed with a new way of expression,and grotto tourism has also attracted increasingly wider attention.Although the four grottoes in China are of the same category of scenic spots,they also have their own characteristics and visible differences.By exploring the differences between the four,the paper aims to provide a reference for scenic spot development and tourists travel.The research is done by collecting online tourists reviews on the four grottoes from Ctrip and Mafengwo tourism network as samples,and based on the content analysis method,the high frequency feature words of the data samples were extracted using ROSTCM6 software and a comparative study of the semantic network,cognitive image,affective image and overall image is conducted among the four grottoes.The results show that there are different characteristics as well as similar problems detected in tourist perception of the images of the four grottoes.First,tourists have had perceptions of the management services of the four grottoes yet the proportion of their perception is different,such as problems like the rough interpretation service,long queuing time in the Mogao Grottoes,and inconvenient transportation in Longmen Grottoes.Second,the four grottoes have obtained a relatively positive evaluation of the emotional image and overall impression;Third,at present,the four grottoes are dominantly for“visiting”,“sightseeing”and other ornamental activities;Fourthly,the word“protection”is included on the list of high-frequency words of the four grottoes,which reflects the awareness of tourists on the protection of the grottoes.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the future development of the four grottoes:to improve the management services of the scenic spot,to bring into full play the advantages and characteristics of the scenic spot,to increase tourist participation and to do a substantial job of protection.
