摘要
目的观察黄芪与盐酸贝那普利片(洛汀新)联合治疗慢性肾炎患者的治疗效果。方法本次试验经电脑随机法将我院收治的210例慢性肾炎患者分为两组,各105例。给予所有患者常规治疗方法,叮嘱患者卧床休息,确保患者健康饮食,每日限制摄入蛋白质的量,一般将其控制在每日0.80 g/kg,若患者出现感染情况,应及时采取药抗生素治疗。在此基础上,观察组与对照组分别采取盐酸贝那普利片联合黄芪用药治疗与盐酸贝那普利片治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后各项指标变化情况、复发率以及血压及血糖变化情况。结果治疗前,观察组指标变化均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者指标变化有明显差异(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组治疗总有效率更高,有明显差异(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组的复发率更低,有明显差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后血糖均无明显变化,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组血压明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎的临床表现差异较大,症状轻重不一。早期患者可无明显症状,随着疾病的进展,可出现血尿、蛋白尿、水肿和高血压等表现。将黄芪与盐酸贝那普利片联合治疗应用于慢性肾炎患者中,能够缓解患者不良症状,降低患者复发率,提升患者治疗总效率,降低外周血管阻力,改善患者高血压与糖耐量,提升患者细胞免疫功能,有临床实践价值与推广意义。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of milkvetch root combined with benazepril hydrochloride tablets(NOVARTIS)in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods Two hundred and ten cases of chronic nephritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,105 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment,told to rest in bed,ensure healthy diet,and limit protein intake to 0.80 g/kg per day.In case of infection,antibiotics should be taken in time.On this basis,the observation group and the control group were treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with milkvetch root and benazepril hydrochloride tablets,respectively,to compare the treatment effect,changes in various indicators before and after treatment,recurrence rate,changes in blood pressure and blood glucose between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the indexes of observation group(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in indicators between two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher,with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose between two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical manifestations of chronic nephritis vary greatly with different severity.Inchoate patient can do not have apparent symptom,as the progress of the disease,can appear the expression such as hematuria,proteinuria,oedema and hypertension.The combined treatment of milkvetch root and benazepril hydrochloride tablets in patients with chronic nephritis can alleviate adverse symptoms,reduce recurrence rate,improve the total treatment efficiency of patients,reduce peripheral vascular resistance,improve hypertension and glucose tolerance,improve cellular immune function of patients,which has clinical practice value and promotion significance.
