摘要
为了提高双螺杆压缩机运行的可靠性,对部分负荷工况下转子轴向受力进行了试验研究,测量了部分负荷下压缩机转子齿槽内气体压力的变化趋势以及转子轴向受力的变化特性,并根据转子轴向受力组成,分别得到了气体轴向力和端面轴向力对转子轴向受力的影响。研究结果表明:随着负荷降低,由于转子工作过程压缩段长度的减小,转子轴向受力呈现出不断减小的趋势;在转子受力组成中,端面轴向力约为气体轴向力的1.5倍,因此,在压缩机设计阶段要充分考虑端面轴向力的影响。
An experimental study on the axial force of the rotors of twin-screw compressor operating under part-load conditions was conducted to improve its operating reliability.The variation trend of gas pressure in the compressor rotor slot and the variation characteristics of the rotor axial forces under part loads were measured.Moreover,the effects of gas axial force and axial force of end face on the rotor axial forces were obtained according to composition of rotor axial forces.The research results show that with the decrease of the load,the rotor axial forces tends to continuously decrease due to the decrease of compression section length in the rotor working process.In the composition of rotor forces,the axial force of end face is about 1.5 times of gas axial force.Therefore,the influence of the axial forces on the rotor end face should be fully considered in the design period of the twin-screw compressor.
