黄淮麦区71个小麦品种的赤霉病抗性与基因型分析 被引量:5

摘要 为筛选出黄淮麦区抗赤霉病优异品种(系),以黄淮麦区71个主栽小麦品种(系)为材料,于2016-2017和2017-2018两年度采用单花滴注接种的方法,以苏麦3号、郑麦9023、淮麦22和济麦22分别作为抗、中抗、中感和感赤霉病对照品种,在赤霉病重发病区扬州对供试品种(系)进行赤霉病抗性鉴定,同时利用与抗赤霉病基因位点Fhb1、Fhb2、Fhb4、Fhb5和QFhs.crc-2DL紧密连锁的分子标记进行基因型分析。结果显示,西农511等5个品种(系)的赤霉病抗性均达到中抗水平,淮麦30等17个品种(系)表现为中感,其他49个品种(系)表现为感病。对照品种苏麦3号同时携带Fhb1、Fhb2基因和QFhs.crc-2DL位点;淮麦40和徐麦DH9可能同时携带Fhb1基因和QFhs.crc-2DL位点;太麦198可能携带有Fhb4基因;明麦16、皖麦32可能携带有QFhs.crc-2DL位点。有17个赤霉病抗性较好的品种(系)均不携带本研究所检测的抗病基因/QTL。 Improving Fusarium head blight resistance is one of the major breeding targets in Huang-huai river zone.In order to screen out the excellent cultivars(lines)for FHB resistance breeding,71 cultivars(lines)were evaluated by floret-inoculation method in two years and detected with markers relative to Fhb1,Fhb2,Fhb4,Fhb5 and QFhs.crc-2 DL.Sumai 3,Zheng 9023,Huaimai 22 and Jimai 22 were used as high resistant,moderately resistant,moderately susceptible and high susceptible controls for FHB resistance,respectively.The result showed that 5 cultivars(lines)were moderately resistance to FHB,eg.Xinong 511 etc..17 cultivars(lines)were moderately susceptible to FHB,eg.Huaimai 30,etc..The rest of 49 cultivars were susceptible to FHB.Sumai 3 carries Fhb1,Fhb2 and QFhs.crc-2 DL;Huaimai 40 and Xumai DH9 probably carry both Fhb1 and QFhs.crc-2 DL;Taimai 198 probably carries Fhb4;Mingmai 16 and Wanmai 32 probably carry QFhs.crc-2 DL.There are 17 cultivars(lines)with good resistance but the known FHB resistance genes/QTL have not been detected.
