摘要
双床循环流化床锅炉具有独特的炉膛结构,其除渣自动控制系统目前没有可参考的模型,结合神华神东电力有限责任公司郭家湾电厂(以下简称"郭家湾电厂")双床循环流化床锅炉炉内除渣自动控制系统的设计与调试,提出了此类循环流化床锅炉除渣自动控制系统的模型并进行分析,此模型可以有效实现双床循环流化床锅炉除渣系统的自动调节,能够避免手动控制存在的调节不准确、劳动强度大、费电、安全稳定性差等缺点。
The double-bed CFB boiler has a unique furnace structure,and its slag removal automatic control system has no reference model at present. Combined with the design and commissioning of the slag removal automatic control system in the double-bed CFB boiler of Shenhua Shendong Electric Power Co.,Ltd.Guojiawan Power Plant(Guojiawan Power Plant),the model of this kind of CFB boiler’s slag removal automatic control system is proposed and analyzed. This model can effectively realize the automatic regulation of slag removal system of double-bed CFB boiler,and can avoid the shortcomings of manual control,such as inaccurate regulation,high labor intensity,large power consumption,poor safety and stability.
