镇江市土地利用结构时空演变研究

摘要 以土地利用类型多样的镇江为例,基于2008—2018年镇江土地利用现状数据,采用土地利用变化幅度、土地利用动态度、空间叠置分析、土地利用相对变化率等方法,研究2008年以来镇江市土地利用结构时空演变特点和规律.结果表明:1)2008年以来,镇江的城镇村及工矿用地面积增加了79.1 km^(2),其用地面积变化最大;2)草地、交通运输用地、城镇村及工矿用地的变化幅度分别为-23.017%、16.713%、10.515%,动态度分别为-2.093%、1.519%、0.956%,居镇江所有用地类型的前三位;3)镇江市土地利用类型转变表现为由耕地等面积减少的用地类型向交通运输用地、城镇村及工矿用地转移,耕地占补平衡落到了实处;4)各区县城镇村及工矿用地、水域及水利设施用地、耕地、草地的变化幅度差别不大,而交通运输用地、园地、林地、其他土地的变化幅度差别较大.各区县其他土地的土地利用相对变化率最大,耕地和园地的相对变化率差异较大,林地、草地等其他五类土地的相对变化率差异不大. Based on the data of land use status in 2008—2018,this paper studies the land use structure evolution of Zhenjiang city since 2008 by using the methods of land use change amplitude,land use dynamic degree,spatial overlay analysis,and land use relative change rate.The results show that:1)Since 2008,the largest change in the proportion of land use in Zhenjiang is urban villages and industrial and mining land,and the adjustment range of land use structure in Zhenjiang is relatively small in recent years;2)Except for grassland,the change range and dynamic degree of transportation land,urban villages and industrial and mining land in Zhenjiang are in the forefront;3)The cultivated land and other land use type of Zhenjiang is transferred to transportation land,urban village and industrial and mining land.The balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation is implemented;4)The change range of urban village and industrial and mining land,water area and water conservancy facilities land,cultivated land and grassland in each districtis not different,while the change range of transportation land,garden land,forest land and other land use type is quite different.The relative change rate of land use of other land use type in each district is the largest,and the relative change rate of cultivated land and garden land is relatively large,while the relative change rate of forest land,grassland and other five land use types not large.
