摘要
针对铸造工业企业200 kW的并网型分布式光伏系统,基于2020年10月至2021年9月的运行数据,分析了光伏系统发电量分布特征,考察了发电量与PM_(2.5)、降尘量、温度、日照时数、短波辐射总强度等因素的相关性,探索了"自发自用,余量上网"模式下的实际效益。结果表明:2020年11月~2021年1月发电量较低,最低值出现在2020年11月;2021年5月~8月的月发电量较高,最高值出现在5月份;单日内,11:30~13:30的发电量占全天的22%~28%;日照时数、短波辐射总强度与发电量相关系数高达0.984、0.972;发电全部自用情况下的效益最高,3年半可收回投资成本,服务期内收益是投资额的7倍,可节煤1 570吨、减碳4 935吨。
In order to study the 200 kW grid-connected distributed photovoltaic system in casting industry,the power generation distribution characteristics of the photovoltaic system were analyzed based on the operation data from October 2020 to September 2021.The correlation between power generation and PM^(2.5),dust fall,temperature,sunshine duration,total shortwave radiation intensity and other factors was studied.The practical benefit of"self-use,surplus internet access"mode was explored.The results showed that the power generation from November 2020 to January 2021 was relatively low,and the lowest value occurred in November 2020.The monthly power generation from May 2021 to August 2021 was relatively high,and the maximum value appeared in May.In a single day,the power generation from 11:30 to 13:30 accounted for 22%to 28%of the whole day.The correlation coefficients between sunshine duration,total shortwave radiation intensity and power generation were 0.984 and 0.972,respectively.If all the power generation was self-used,the benefit was the highest.The investment cost could be recovered in three and a half years.During the service period,the income was 7 times of the investment.In the meantime,1570 tons of coal could be saved and 4935 tons of carbon could be reduced.
