摘要
瞪羚企业已成为国内高新园区创新发展的重要引擎,其认定工作是我国创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。大多数爆发力强、成长性高的瞪羚企业很难保持自身成长性超过5年,如何化解“瞪羚”生长痛,是亟需解决的重要问题。技术创新与商业模式创新是瞪羚企业获得高成长速度的主要驱动力。选择28家上市瞪羚企业,采用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA),探索瞪羚企业高绩效的复杂影响因素。研究发现,导致瞪羚企业获得高绩效的组态有四种,总结为“价值传递主导型”“投入价值获取型”“资金人员双驱动型”和“二元创新结合型”,其中“二元创新结合型”最为重要。研究可为提高瞪羚企业绩效、保持其长期活力、推进高新园区创新发展带来有益启示。
The gazelle enterprise has become a important engine for the innovation and development of domestic high-tech parks,and its identification is an important measure of China's innovation-driven development strategy.Most of the explosive and high-growth gazelle enterprises are difficult to maintain their growth for more than five years.How to resolve the growing pain of“gazelles”is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.Technological innovation and business model innovation are the main driving forces for gazelle enterprises to achieve high growth rates.Therefore,this paper selected 28 listed gazelle enterprises and used the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)to explore the complex influencing factors of the high performance of gazelle enterprises.The study found that there are four configurations that lead to the high performance of gazelle enterprises,which are summarized as“value transmission-oriented type”,“input value acquisition type”,“fund and personnel dual-driven type”and“dual innovation combined type”.“Dual innovation combined type”is the most important.This research can bring beneficial enlightenment for improving the performance of gazelle enterprises,maintaining their long-term vitality,and realizing the construction of high-tech parks.
