柠檬醛型樟枝叶氮磷钾含量生长季动态变化特征 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】精油产量的提高与养分积累密切相关,了解柠檬醛型樟Cinnamomum spp.ct.citralifera Z.N.Jin(简称柠檬樟)叶片和枝条中氮磷钾养分含量在生长季的动态变化,对柠檬樟高产高效栽培和养分管理具有重要意义。【方法】以3个无性系的柠檬樟为研究对象,通过方差分析、相关性分析了解植株枝叶养分含量的动态变化规律。【结果】1)柠檬樟叶片全氮含量总体呈现"V"型变化趋势,生长初期全氮含量高,在生长旺盛期含量降低,至生长后期回升并逐步达到稳定;枝条中全氮含量呈现"V"型变化曲线,在7月或8月份达到最低值。叶片/枝条全氮含量变化范围为1.82~3.22。2)柠檬樟叶片全磷含量总体表现为先降低后增加的趋势,与全氮含量变化类似;而枝条全磷含量在生长季内呈现逐步上升的趋势。叶片/枝条变化范围为0.52~1.70。3)柠檬樟叶片中全钾含量呈现先降低后增加的趋势。枝叶中的全钾含量均在10月份骤降。叶片/枝条变化范围为0.83~1.51。4)叶片和枝条氮磷钾含量之间存在显著或极显著的正相关。【结论】柠檬樟叶片中氮磷钾含量和枝条中氮磷含量在生长旺盛期较低,部分月份有波动,在非旺盛期相对较高;枝条中全钾含量随树种、品系和生长时期的不同而呈现不同的变化趋势。 【Objective】Citral is one of the important spice compounds in the world,and the market potential of citral essential oil extracted from Cinnamomum camphora leaves and branches is great.The increase of essential oil yield is closely related to nutrient accumulation.Understanding the dynamic changes of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents in different times and organs is of great significance for the production and efficient cultivation as well as nutrient management of Cinnamomum spp.ct.citralifera Z.N.Jin.【Method】In this paper,the dynamic variation of nutrient contents in three clones was studied through ANOVA and correlation analysis.【Result】(1)The total nitrogen content in leaves of Cinnamomum spp.ct.citralifera Z.N.Jin showed a“V”-shaped change trend.The content was high in the early growth period,and decreased during the vigorous growth period,and finally recovered and gradually stabilized at the late growth phase.The total nitrogen content in branches revealed a“V”trend,and reached its lowest value in July and August.The total nitrogen content of leaf/branch varied from 1.82 to 3.22.(2)The total phosphorus content of Cinnamomum spp.ct.citralifera Z.N.Jin leaves decreased first and then increased,which was similar to the change of nitrogen content.The total phosphorus content of branches increased gradually in the growing season.The variation range of leaf/branch was 0.52-1.70.(3)The total potassium content in leaves decreased first and then increased.The potassium content in the branches and leaves plummeted in October.The variation range of leaf/branch was 0.83-1.51.(4)There was a significant and very significant positive correlation between nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents in leaves and branches.【Conclusion】The content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in leaves of Cinnamomum spp.ct.citralifera Z.N.Jin stays low with fluctuations during the vigorous growth period,and becomes relatively high during the non-exuberant period.The potassium content in branches varies with tree species,strains and growth periods.
