摘要
对含氟废水和含氟废渣中氟的去除,采用磷化铝处置残渣进行除氟实验研究。结果表明,含氟废水在pH为8~10,磷化铝处置残渣加入量为w=10%,0.1%PAM加入w=1%的条件下,废水中氟从1250 mg/L降至7.5 mg/L,除氟率达99.4%。处理后的含氟废水中氟低于GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中氟化物(10 mg/L)的排放限值。含氟废渣在磷化铝处置残渣加入量为w=50%,水泥加入量30%,pH在8~10,养护时间7 d的条件下,废渣中氟从12480 mg/L降至64.896 mg/L,除氟率达99.48%。固化体中氟的浸出质量浓度低于GB18598-2019《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》中氟浸出质量浓度(120 mg/L)的填埋限值。
In this paper,the removal of fluorine in fluorine-containing wastewater and fluorine-containing waste residues is carried out by using aluminum phosphide to dispose of the residue.The results of the study show that when the pH of fluorine-containing wastewater is 8-10,the amount of aluminum phosphide disposal residue is 10%,and 0.1%PAM is added to 1%,the fluorine in the wastewater is reduced from 1250mg/L to 7.5mg/L.The rate to remove fluoride reached 99.4%.The fluorine in the treated fluorine-containing wastewater is lower than the emission limit of fluoride(10mg/L)in the GB8978-1996“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”.When the fluorine-containing waste residue is added to the aluminum phosphide disposal residue at 50%,the cement content is 30%,the pH is 8-10,and the curing time is 7 days,the fluorine in the waste residue is reduced from 12480mg/L to 64.896mg/L.The fluorine removal rate is 99.48%.The leaching concentration of fluorine in the solidified body is lower than the landfill limit of fluorine leaching mass concentration(120mg/L)in GB18598-2019“Hazardous Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard”.
