摘要
针对某热电厂长期停运状态下热力设备的防腐保养需求,阐述了氨水碱化烘干法与充氮法的原理,并结合3次保养实践分析论证保养效果,验证得出氨水碱化烘干与充氮法相结合是最佳的防腐保养方式。
In view of the corrosion protection needs of thermal equipment for a thermal power unit on longterm outage,overviews are expounded on the principle of ammonia alkalization drying method and nitrogen filling method,and analysis and demonstration has been done on the maintenance effects in combination with the three maintenance practices in the plant,with a conclusion that the optimal maintenance approach against corrosion is to combine the ammonia alkalization drying and the nitrogen filling methods.
