摘要
为了研究纯电动汽车动力总成悬置的隔振性能,分别对纯电动汽车和燃油车进行道路试验。采用频谱分析法对比了纯电动车和燃油车的频域特性,结合了悬置隔振率和车内振动响应,明确了悬置刚度对悬置隔振的影响。结果表明:纯电动汽车动力总成产生的振幅小,频率范围广,降低橡胶悬置的刚度对动力总成产生的高频振动隔振效果好,但550 Hz以下范围内隔振效果较差,同时造成了车内7.5 Hz以下的低频振动明显。为保证车内乘员舒适性,纯电动汽车动力总成悬置应在满足550 Hz以下频段隔振的前提下兼顾高频段隔振。
In order to study the vibration isolation performance of battery electric vehicle(BEV)powertrain mount,road tests were conducted on BEV and fuel vehicle respectively.The frequency domain characteristics of BEV and fuel vehicle were compared by using spectrum analysis method,and the influence of mount stiffness on mount vibration isolation was determined by combining mount vibration isolation rate and vibration response inside the vehicle.The results show that the powertrain of BEV has small amplitude and wide frequency range.Reducing the stiffness of rubber mount has good vibration isolation effect on the high frequency vibration generated by the powertrain,but the vibration isolation effect is poor in the range below 550 Hz,and the low frequency vibration below 7.5 Hz in the vehicle is obvious.In order to ensure the comfort of occupants,the powertrain mount of BEV should take into account the vibration isolation in high frequency band on the premise of satisfying the vibration isolation in frequency band below 550 Hz.
