摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测技术,建立了化妆品中睾酮等9种性激素成分的检测方法。样品经质量分数50%乙腈提取,经流动相(水+乙腈)提取过滤后,采用C18柱(100 mm×2.1 mm×3.0μm)进行分离,用电喷雾离子源、正负离子模式进行扫描,在多反应离子监测模式下检测,基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。结果表明,9种性激素在5~115 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999;加标回收率为80%~120%,RSD小于5%(n=3),检出限均低于0.03μg/g。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,能够满足化妆品中睾酮等9种性激素的检测需求。
A method for determination of 9 sex hormones including testosterone in cosmetics was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted by mass fraction of 50%acetonitrile and filtered by mobile phase(water+acetonitrile),the target component was separated on a C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm×3.0μm),and was determined using an electrospray ion source(ESI)in the positive and negative ion multi-ion reaction monitoring mode.The analyte was quantified with external standard using the matrix-matched standard calibration curve method.The results showed that good linearities were obtained in the range of 5-115 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The spiked recoveries of 9 sex hormones ranged from 80%to 120%with RSDs less than 5%(n=3).The limits of detection were all lower than 0.03μg/g.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and can meet the requirements of nine kinds of sex hormones in cosmetics.
