摘要
目的将网络教学线上和线下教学相结合的教学方式,通过转化式学习在内科临床见习网络教学中的实施,提高对该校医学本科学生的批判性思维能力。方法2020年9月一2021年9月在齐齐哈尔医学院2017级临床医学专业抽取120名学生为该次课题的研究对象,随机数字法分成两组,对照组60名,采用病例分析授课,研究组60名,采用转化式学习授课,观察两组学生在SOAP评分表、批判性思维量表、考核成绩等结果数据,评估此教学方法的优势和效果。结果批判性思维量表数据统计结果为在分析能力、开放思想、批判性思维的自信心、求知欲、认知熟度项目显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在系统化能力、寻求真相项目显示,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);课程考核结果发现研究组见习课后考核成绩为(25.90±3.74)分,理论课后考核成绩为(60.20±2.71)分,总成绩(85.20±5.11)分,与对照组课程考核成绩相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论转化式学习在内科临床实践在线教学中的实施可以提高该校医学本科生的批判性思维能力和考核成绩。
Objective To combine online and offline teaching methods of online teaching,and to improve the critical thinking ability of medical undergraduates of the school through the implementation of transformative learning in the online teaching of clinical internship in internal medicine.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,120 students from the 2017 clinical medicine major of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects of this project.The random number method was divided into two groups.60 students in the control group were taught by case analysis,and 60 students in the study group were taught by transformational learning.The result data of SOAP score scale,critical thinking scale and examination results of the two groups were observed to evaluate the advantages and effects of this teaching method.Results The statistical results of critical thinking scale showed that there was significant difference in the items of analytical ability,open mind,self-confidence,thirst for knowledge and cognitive maturity of critical thinking(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the items of systematic ability and seeking truth(P>0.05);The course examination results showed that the after-school examination scores of the study group were(25.90±3.74)points,the after-school examination scores of the theory group were(60.20±2.71)points,and the total score was(85.20±5.11)points.Compared with the course examination scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of transformational learning in online teaching of clinical practice in internal medicine can improve the critical thinking ability and examination results of medical undergraduates in the university.
