摘要
随着经济社会的进一步发展,我国城市化水平越来越高,随之进城务工的农民工规模也越来越大,特别是在工程建设领域农民工已成为一支重要的建设力量,多年来为国家基础设施建设做出了很大贡献。农民工进城务工解决了部分资金需求,增长了一定的专业技能,但我们也看到在农民工人身安全保障方面还存在很大问题,需要用人单位、社会各界高度关注并持续改进、加强。
With the further development of economy and society,the level of urbanization in China is getting higher and higher,and the scale of migrant workers working in cities is getting larger and larger.In the field of engineering construction,migrant workers have become an important construction force and have made great contributions to national infrastructure construction over the years.Migrant workers have solved some capital needs and increased certain professional skills.However,there are still many problems in the personal safety protection of migrant workers,which needs great attention from employing units and all sectors of society and continuous improvement and reinforcement.
