广东省科技人才发展对策——以广东省科学技术奖获奖者年龄与性别为视角 被引量:2

Countermeasures of the Scientific and Technical Talents Development in Guangdong Province:From the Perspective of Age and Gender of the Awardees of Guangdong Science and Technology Award

摘要 广东省科学技术奖是激发科技人才创新活力的重要举措。通过对2010-2017年度广东省科学技术奖获奖者年龄与性别进行统计分析,发现获奖者年龄与各年龄段获奖人数量呈倒"U"型的关系,获奖者群体形成了以中青年与中年为主力、青年为第二梯队的良好结构,第一完成人的人数与年龄间的规律性较强,女性获奖者在所有获奖者中占比偏少且在更高层次获奖者中占比更少,女性获奖者的高水平科技成果产出高峰期短于男性,以及相比技术应用研究,女性更能胜任基础研究。在此基础上,从科技奖励制度、科技人才管理、数据收集等方面提出推动广东省科技人才发展的对策建议。 The Guangdong Science and Technology Award is an important measure to stimulate the innovation vitality of scientific and technological talents.Through the statistical analysis of the age and sex of the winners of the 2010-2017 Guangdong Science and Technology Award,it is found that the age of the winners and the number of winners of all ages showa"U"-type relationship,the group of winners formed a good structure with middle-aged and middle-aged as the main force,youth as the second echelon,the regularity between the number of first finishers and age is stronger,the proportion of female winners in all the winners is small and even less in the high-level winners,and female winners have a lower peak in high-level scientific and technological achievements than male,and are more qualified for basic research than applied technology research.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote scientific and technological talents development in Guangdong province from the scientific and technological reward system,scientific and technological talents management,data collection and other aspects.
