摘要
通过共聚法制得由高度聚合的Al;与硅复合的高聚铝复硅絮凝剂(HAS),模拟含锌原水的烧杯混凝实验,研究HAS的硅铝比、四氧化三铁和高岭土对除浊除锌性能的影响。结果表明,与传统氯化铝(AC)相较,Al;为主的中聚铝(MA)除浊效果差但除锌效果好,HAS除浊除锌性能均优于AC。加四氧化三铁可增强HAS的除锌率但略降低除浊效能,添加高岭土对后者增强除锌效果,对除浊效果改善不明显甚至恶化,但总体上复铁高聚铝系列絮凝剂仍能达到良好除锌效果。铁铝比为18,硅铝比为0.05~0.1的FHAS除浊除锌效果最佳,去除率均可达99%以上。
In this study, high polyaluminum composite silicon flocculants(HAS) composed of Al;and silicon were prepared by blending method, which were used to coagulate the synthetic zinc polluted water with jar test,the effects of silicon to aluminum ratio in composite, the addition of magnetite and kaolin on the turbidity and zinc removal were evaluated. The results show that compared with traditional aluminum chloride(AC), moderate polymerized aluminum(MA, mainly Al;) presented the poorremoval performanceon turbidity, while the betteron zinc removal. HAS presented the betterremoval performanceon turbidity and zinc than AC. Magnetite can enhance the zinc removal performance of HAS and slightly abate its turbidity removal. Zinc removal was improved apparently for the latter but not for the former or even worse when kaoling were added. Overall, the composite magnetite-high polyaluminium flocculant can also present a good zinc removal performance. The results show that fhas with 18 Fe/Al ratio and 0.05~0.1 Si/Al ratio has the best removal efficiency of turbidity and zinc, and the removal rate can reach more than 99%.
