摘要
多媒体教学服务体系是高校教学体系的重要部分,多媒体教学设备又是其中重要的一环,因此如何高效地开展多媒体教学设备维护工作,更好地服务于高校教学显得尤为关键。依据PDCA循环这一质量管理的常用方法,针对南京工程学院的多媒体设备维护人员管理办法和设备维护标准流程进行持续改进,制订可持续改善的多媒体设备维护策略,以达到多媒体教学设备维护服务水平的持续提高,对保障高校教师正常开展现代化教学具有重要意义。
The multimedia teaching service system is an important support part of the teaching system of colleges and universities,and multimedia teaching equipment is its important part.Therefore,how to efficiently carry out the maintenance of multimedia teaching equipment in order to serve the teaching better is particularly critical.Based on the PDCA cycle,a common method of quality improvement,this article will continue to improve the management methods of multimedia equipment maintenance personnel and equipment maintenance standard processing procedures of Nanjing Institute of Technology,and formulate sustainable improvement strategies for multimedia equipment maintenance to achieve multimedia teaching equipment maintenance services.The continuous improvement of the level is of great significance to ensuring the normal development of modern teaching by college teachers.
