摘要
在管道环焊缝断裂韧性的测试过程中,在相同试验条件下进行多次试验,断裂韧性数据经常会表现出一定的离散性。为了减少离散断裂韧性数据处理不当对环焊缝工程临界评价(Engineering critical assessment,ECA)或可靠性评估造成的影响,依据近年研究成果及相关国际标准,论述了3种主要的离散断裂韧性数据分析处理方法,并进行了使用条件及优劣势的对比,为环焊缝评估中离散断裂韧性数据处理提供了参考。
The data from repeated fracture toughness tests for pipeline girth weld under same conditions always show scattering characteristic.Three methods of scattered fracture toughness data treatment are discussed based on the research progress in recent years and related international standards in order to reduce the impact of scattered fracture toughness data on the engineering critical assessment(ECA)and reliability assessment of structural engineering.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared and the application conditions are analyzed.The work provides a reference for the treatment of scattered fracture toughness data for assessment of pipeline girth weld.
