摘要
分析民族高校大学生学情和加强各民族学生创新创业教育的重要性,以学生全面发展为中心,分别从第一课堂和第二课堂协同促进、教师教学科研主动融入创新创业教育、培育多民族学生协同的创新创业团队、设置服务民族地区特色实践项目、打造创新创业教育生态系统和开展创新创业教育质量评价六个方面促进民族高校学生创新创业能力培养,提升专业教育质量,实现各民族学生互帮互助、共同成长、全面发展。
Learning status and the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students from all ethnic groups are firstly analyzed.Based on student all-round development,this article tries to promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents for ethnic students from the following aspects,such as integrating the first class and second class,blending teaching and research into innovation and entrepreneurship education,cultivating multi-ethnic students synergistic innovation and entrepreneurship teams,setting up distinctive practice item for ethnic regions,creating the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and assessing the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The quality of professional education could be enhanced through the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,which could promote mutual help among all ethnic groups,mutual assistance,common growth,and all-round development.
