摘要
作为发动机整体轮廓的重要组成部分,发动机机体与缸盖通过垫片和若干颗螺栓紧固连接在一起,其受力变形对发动机的压缩比起到重要的影响。通过建立及简化的某柴油发动机的机体缸盖及其他相关零件的三维模型,采用HyperMesh软件绘制网格,将螺栓预紧力的最大值和最小值导入ABAQUS软件中来进行机体缸盖组件的静力学分析,得出装配过程中缸盖机体与垫片的最大变形及其变化规律。
The engine block and the cylinder head are fastened together by the gasket and a number of bolts.As an important part of the engine,the stress and deformation of the engine play a very important role in the performance of the engine.A three-dimensional model of the engine block and cylinder head and other related parts is established and simplified,and the mesh is drawn by using HyperMesh software.The maximum and minimum values of bolt preload are imported into ABAQUS software to conduct the static analysis of cylinder head,and the maximum displacement and its change rule of the engine block and gasket during the assembly process are obtained.
