摘要 受复杂环境载荷作用,机械结构通常发生疲劳、磨损、断裂等失效形式。为保证其可靠性,在设计研制过程中进行可靠性仿真分析已成为必要措施。本文从机械结构可靠性基本理论和随机有限元概念的理解和认识、可靠性仿真基本方法和工程落地应用等角度,总结了可靠性仿真分析的基本流程和一般要求,提炼总结了可靠性仿真分析的基本流程和一般要求,最后给出了实例分析,验证了机械结构可靠性仿真流程和一般方法的有效性。本文研究为机械结构可靠性设计、分析与评估等相关的研发活动和标准研制提供了支撑和指导。 Under the action of complex environmental load,mechanical structure usually has fatigue,wear,fracture and other failure forms.In order to ensure its reliability,it is necessary to carry out reliability simulation analysis in the process of design and development.This paper introduces the basic theory of mechanical structure reliability and stochastic finite element analysis method,summarizes the basic process and general requirements of reliability simulation analysis,and finally gives an example analysis to verify the effectiveness of mechanical structure reliability simulation method.This study provides normative guidance for the research and development activities of mechanical structure reliability design,analysis and evaluation,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of mechanical structure.
