摘要
往复式天然气压缩机在华北油田沁水煤层气田的集输中一直发挥着关键作用。但是受活塞杆沉降值无法监测的影响,压缩机的轴瓦与活塞烧毁的问题一直困扰着企业。在往复式天然气压缩机轴瓦部位安装活塞杆沉降监测装置,可以实时监测压缩机活塞杆沉降值。当活塞杆沉降值过大时,系统会及时报警并连锁停机,不仅减少了因活塞杆未处于中心位置而导致的曲轴、连杆机构等配件的异常磨损,也极大地降低了活塞杆偏磨严重时导致的轴瓦与活塞烧毁的重大故障发生率,确保了煤层气集输系统安全、平稳运行。
Reciprocating gas compressosr have been playing a key role in the gathering and transportation of Huabei Oilfield Qinshui CBM field.However,due to the influence of piston rod settlement value cannot being monitored,the problem of compressor bearing bush and piston burning has been troubling enterprises.By installing the piston rod settlement monitoring device on the bearing bush of the reciprocating gas compressor,the piston rod settlement value of the compressor can be monitored in real time.When the piston rod settlement value is too large,the system will timely alarm and interlock shutdown,which not only reduces the abnormal wear of crankshaft,connecting rod mechanism and other accessories due to the piston rod not being in the central position,but also greatly reduces the major failure rate of bearing bush and piston burning when the piston rod is seriously eccentric worn,and it ensures the safe and stable operation of CBM gathering and transportation system.
